An event to remember.
Being able to work on such an exciting event as the MLB London Series was an incredible opportunity for us at Get Up Move Faster.
We were able to combine our love for US sports culture with our passion for creative content production, resulting in some amazing collaborations with brands and creators involved in the event. From initial creative development, to executing social-first content, we were constantly pushing ourselves to come up with innovative ways to hero the MLB London Series and showcase their Trafalgar Takeover festival to new fans.
As a creative studio, we thrive on challenges like this and working in a live sports environment. Working alongside an extremely slick operation by Major League Baseball, was an absolute honour. We are always eager to tackle new and exciting projects that push the boundaries of the traditional sports industry, so this definitely ticked that box! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for Get Up Move Faster and MLB Europe.

On site content production team
Across the 3 day event at Trafalgar square, Get Up had one producer, three editors and two camera operators helping to capture the event and turn around content quickly; for both MLB Europe social channels and broadcast VT’s during the live game coverage.
Working alongside the event production team at Trafalgar square and MLB’s internal staff, Get Up led content gathering for social across the site over the entire event.
Brand partners and creators
As well as helping determine partner content requirements in advance of the event through producer support, Get Up helped deliver added value partner exposure through dedicated social content from the event.
Another remit for Get Up, was identifying and contracting creators across the worlds of art/creative and food, helping bring new audiences into the MLB ecosystem and elevating the Trafalgar Takeover through additional reach.
